MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING OF OREGON WASHINGTON COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION MANAGERS (OWCAM) HELD ON APRIL 30, 2009, IN THE OFFICES OF CMI, 2105 SE 9th, PORTLAND, OR.
PRESENT: Lisa Campbell, President
Leanne Sasser, Secretary
Kathy Hutchinson, Treasurer
David Hummel, Director
Julia Neufeld, Executive Administrator
ABSENT: Vice President (Vacant)
ATTENDING MEMBERS: None
I. CALL TO ORDER
Lisa Campbell called the meeting to order at 8:34 AM.
Julia has reserved the space for June 9, 2009. Julia will request they place ice tea at the tables and make sure the food and drink are replenished better this year. Julia and Leanne will follow up with Tony Rafel to see if he would briefly speak on legal updates.
The Board reviewed candidate Steve MeyerŐs application to fill the current vacancy on the Board. Steve Meyer works as a manager for CMI.
AGREED
Upon motion made by Kathy Hutchinson, seconded by David Hummel, and unanimously carried to nominate Steve Meyer to fill the vacant position.

David Hummel reported that the committee would like to meet with the Board to present some information for the upcoming annual meeting.

Upon motion made by David Hummel, seconded by Kathy Hutchinson, and unanimously carried, the above application for membership to OWCAM was approved.
VI. NEXT MEETING DATE
The next meeting date was set for May 28, 2009 at 8:30 AM in the offices of CMI.
