MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING OF OREGON WASHINGTON COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION MANAGERS (OWCAM) HELD ON MAY 28, 2009, IN THE OFFICES OF COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT INC., 2105 SE 9^th Ave., PORTLAND, OR.

 

PRESENT:                                                       Lisa Campbell, President

Kathy Hutchinson, Treasurer

Steve Meyer, Director

Julia Neufeld, Executive Administrator

 

ABSENT:                                                         Leanne Sasser, Secretary

 

MEMBERS PRESENT: David Hummel

 

I.         CALL TO ORDER

Lisa Campbell called the meeting to order at 8:30 AM.

 

II.        EDUCATIONAL COMMITTEE

Wes Finchum overviewed the draft educational submittal. The Board will review and come back to the committee with questions/changes.

 

III.      ANNUAL MEETING

Discussion ensued regarding manager members turning in proxies to ensure a quorum is met before the Annual meeting. Board members will check with their company managers.

 

IV.       MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

Julia presented the following new member application:

AGREED

Upon motion made by Kathy Hutchinson, seconded by Steve Meyer, and unanimously carried, the application for membership to OWCAM was approved.

With no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 9:30 A.M.
