MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING OF OREGON WASHINGTON COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION MANAGERS (OWCAM) HELD ON SEPTEMBER 6, 2007, IN THE OFFICES OF NW COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT, 17700 SW UPPER BOONES FERRY ROAD, SUITE 120, TUALATIN OR.

Steve Barber, Director

ABSENT:
Ron Balash, Past-President Advisor

I. CALL TO ORDER
Steve Brodehl called the meeting to order at 11:15 AM.

II. MEMBERS MEETING
Discussion ensued on presenting the financial picture to the membership at the next members meeting in October.

III. NEXT MEETING DATE
The next regularly scheduled Board Meeting was set for September 19, 2007, 8:30 AM in the Offices of CMI to review OWCAM’s financials in detail.

IV. PAYABLES
AGREED
Upon motion made by Jim Main, seconded by David Hummel, and unanimously carried, it was approved to reimburse NW Community Management of $45.31 for mailing ballot packets and to pay the attorney for the work on the amendments of the bylaws.

V. EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATOR
Jim Main was excused. Discussion ensued of the interviews for the Executive Administrator position.
AGREED
The Board cast their ballots. Julia Neufeld was hired to fill the position. Steve Brodehl will contact all candidates.

VI. ADJOURNMENT
With no further business to discuss, the meeting was at adjourned 12:05 P.M.
