TO ORDER
Steve Meyer called the meeting to order at
8:35 AM.
II. ACCEPT AMENDED
AGENDA – Accepted
MOTION: Director Chris Barber made motion to accept amended
agenda; Director Lisa
Campbell seconded motion. Amended agenda unanimously accepted.
III. Approval of Previous Minutes
MOTION: Director Lisa Campbell made the motion to accept September 28, 2010
Meeting Minutes. Director Chris Barber seconded the motion. Meeting Minutes of the September 28,
2010 Board of Directors Meeting were unanimously approved by Board.
IV. FINANCIAL REPORT
Treasurer Campbell – reviewed the
Financial Report for the organization through October 31 2010.
MOTION: Director Chris Barber made motion to accept financial
report; Director Lisa
Campbell seconded motion. Financial report unanimously approved by
Board.

New
Member Application – Bugaboo Pest LLC.
MOTION: Director Lisa Campbell made the motion to approve and Director Chris
Barber made a second to the motion, with it passing.
VII. COMMITTEE
REPORTS
1. Expo – Steve Meyer
– Updated
Reviewed: speakers, sponsorships, committee
progress.
2. Education/Certification
– Ron Balash – no committee report, not in
attendance.
3. Legal – Chris Barber
– Updated
LAC/OWC working group letter sent speaking
to ethics/status of email board meetings being proposed. Discussion ensued Director Barber will
keep board comprised of any further developments.
4. Marketing – Kathy
Hutchinson – Updated
Michael Bass of Forensic Building
Consultants new chairperson of committee.
5. Program Committee – Lisa
Campbell Updated
Energy Trust, GE Smart Stations, Green
Landscaping, Director Meyer recommended Diane HessŐ presentation on the ADA
subject Fair Housing Council of Oregon.

The next meeting date notice will
be sent by administrator Neufeld for Tuesday, January 11, 2010.
