MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING OF OREGON WASHINGTON COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION MANAGERS (OWCAM) HELD ON DECEMBER 4, 2007, IN THE OFFICES OF COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT INC, 2105 SE 9TH, PORTLAND, OR.

I. CALL TO ORDER
Steve Brodehl called the meeting to order at 8:35 AM.

II. FINANCIAL REPORT
Jim reported on the financial statement and overviewed the current financial status of the organization. The CD’s are earning interest and the organization is worth $107,300.70 to date. Jim will look into adjustments to the 2007 Expo revenue. All 2007 Expo expenses have been brought into 2007.

AGREED
Upon motion made by Lisa Campbell, seconded by Jim Main, and unanimously carried, the financial report was approved.

Julia reported that she has compiled the data for tracking membership fees and making adjustments - prorating to the 1st of the year. There are almost 80 companies registered to date with OWCAM and 14 management companies represented.

III. 2008 BUDGET
Details of the budget were discussed.

AGREED
Upon motion made by Steve Barber, seconded by Lisa Campbell, and unanimously carried, it was approved for Julia to start full time as of January 1st, 2008 at $3600 per month.

AGREED
Upon motion made by Steve Barber, seconded by Jim Main, and unanimously carried, the 2008 budget was approved.

IV. MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION
Julia presented a new affiliate member application from Aspen Siding and Windows.

AGREED Upon motion made by Steve Barber, seconded by David Hummel, and unanimously carried, the application for affiliate membership to OWCAM from Aspen Siding and Windows was approved.

V. APPOINTMENT of NEW DIRECTOR

AGREED
It was unanimously agreed to appoint Leanne Sasser as Director. Leanne accepts the appointment and will serve the remaining term of recently resigned Jim Main, which will expire in June of 2008.

VI. ADJOURNMENT
With no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 10:10 A.M.
