Steve Meyer has 22 years combined management experience in rental, retail, commercial, corporate, real estate and community management. Currently sits as chairperson on the board of his own condominium association and has for 7.5 years. Studied at Southeast Missouri State under full scholarship – Business. Portland Community College - Computer Science/Mathematics -  Dean’s list for 2 years. Current member of CAI and OWCAM. Served on OWCAM expo committee 2006 – present, OWCAM Treasurer 2009. Holds a CMCA designation. Employed with Community Management Inc for 4 years. Currently manages over 1000 units at 11 different homeowners associations.

 

 

 

Rebecca Blaisdell CMCA, AMS – OWCAM Director at Large

Executive Vice President, has been with TMG for 12 years and brings more than 23 years of experience in property management to the Company. As a member of the corporate management team, Rebecca carries the following designations: Graduate, Leadership Clark County; Through CAI, CMCA & AMS designation, CPM candidate, Certified Property Manager, through IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management), served as Vice Chair, Fort Vancouver Regional Library Foundation, served as Vice-Chair, Clark County Association of Realtors Fair Housing Committee; served as Co-Chair for the Greater Vancouver Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors Program; serves on the Fort Vancouver Library Board of Trustees.

 

 

 

Chris Barber CMCA, AMS – OWCAM Secretary

Chris Barber has 12 years experience in the Community Association Management field as the Executive Vice-President of Invest West Management, LLC which is a charter member of OWCAM.  He was a community association portfolio manager for 10 years and now oversees the day-to-day operations of the entire firm which includes: community association management, multi-family and single-family rental management, commercial management and leasing, and real estate sales.  He is a Real Estate Broker in Oregon and Washington.  He is a member of CAI and holds is CMCA and AMS designations and is a member of the National Association of Realtors as well as the Commercial Association of Realtors.  He is a graduate of Washington State University.

 

 

 

Joel McDonell CMCA, CAMP – OWCAM Treasurer
Community Management Inc.

Term 2013

Joel McDonell has 6 years experience in community association management working with Community Management Inc. He became a Community Manager with CMI after receiving his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Oregon. He currently manages 10 homeowners associations including high rise, mid rise, single family homes and condominiums.

 

 

 

Ron Balash – OWCAM Vice President
Multi-Services, Inc,

Term - 2013

Ron Balash has 30 years of experience in Association management as the President and owner of Multi-Services, Inc. as well as 5 years previously in retail chain store management and 4 years in construction. He was a founding member of OWCAM and has served on several committees, on the board of directors and previously was the board chair for 4 years. He also serves on the Condo Working Group, the board liaison for the OWCAM certification committee is a member of the OWCAM legal committee and of CAI.
