OWCAM Membership

Membership in OWCAM is open to all Oregon and Washington community association managers and service providers according to these guidelines:

Manager Members:  Open to community association managers or executive directors.  Each membership includes the company or community association and up to two named managers.  Additional managers may be added for $75 each.
Benefits: 
a. Company or Community Association listed as Manager Member on OWCAM website and promotions.
b. Representatives may attend bimonthly Member Meetings at no charge.
c. Attendee discount for annual OWCAM Expo.
Investment:  $395 per year includes up to two named managers plus $75 for each additional manager.

Affiliate Members: Open to community association service providers.
Benefits: 
a. Company listed as Affiliate Member on OWCAM website and promotions.
b. May showcase company services at Manager Meeting.
c. Exhibitor discount for annual OWCAM Expo.
Investment:
$395 per year includes up to two named representatives plus $75 for each additional representative.

Guests  Open to either community association managers or service providers.  May attend one Member Meeting for no charge.  Additional meetings are $25 each.
